FAQ

Questions beauty owners actually ask.

Who is this for?

UK nail technicians, brow and lash artists, beauty therapists, salon owners, injectors and aesthetics clinics. If you are not in that world, we are not the right studio.

I already have Instagram and Linktree. Why a website?

Instagram books the people who already follow you. A website is what they find when they Google your name, when a friend forwards a link, and where services and prices stay put instead of living in stories. Linktree is a list of buttons. It is not a salon website. The comparison is here.

Will you replace Fresha, Booksy, Treatwell or WhatsApp?

No. We put a clear button to the diary you already run — Fresha, Booksy, Treatwell, Setmore, Calendly or WhatsApp. We do not build a custom booking engine.

Is this a self-serve AI website builder?

No. You will not be asked to prompt a chatbot into a homepage. SophRose is done-for-you, through a conversation. Any concierge tools stay behind the scenes for now.

What do the first 10 customers get for £49?

The same one-off launch build as everyone else, at a founder price: services and prices, gallery, about, booking path, mobile-first layout. It is for genuine businesses — not for collecting free templates or for agencies reselling the work.

What happens after the ten?

The one-off build becomes £79. Monthly care stays £19.99.

What does £19.99 a month actually cover?

Hosting, HTTPS, and up to one small text or photo tweak per month. A price change, a new hero photograph, an updated Instagram handle. It does not cover redesigns, extra pages, or unlimited rebuilds via chat.

What is not included?

Ecommerce, shops, memberships, clinic software, consent forms, a custom booking system, logo suites, photography shoots, medical claims, and unlimited redesigns. Revision packs, extra pages and domain help are add-ons if you need them later.

Can you use my Instagram photos?

Yes, if they are yours to use. We would rather crop a real set of nails, a real mapping, or a real treatment room than drop in stock photography.

I’m a mobile or home-based tech. Is that fine?

Yes. The site still needs a town, a menu, and a way to book. We will not pretend you have a high-street reception if you do not.

I’m an injector / clinic. Will you write treatment claims?

No. We will list services factually, introduce who you are, and give a path to enquire or book. You remain responsible for your own advertising rules, insurance and consent.

How long does a site take?

Once we have your details, photos and booking link, most launches are measured in days rather than months. We will give you a clear window when we reply.

Do I need a domain already?

No. You can go live on a SophRose address first. Domain sourcing and pointing is a later add-on if you want help with it.

Do you take card payments on this site?

Not in this first version. Apply with the form (it opens an email to hello@sophrose.co.uk). Stripe can be added next if it makes the founder list smoother.

What if I need more than one tweak a month?

That is what revision packs and extra pages are for. We will not hide that behind the monthly fee.

Why the name SophRose?

It is named after the founder’s daughters, Sophie and Rose. A small studio, on purpose. A short note.
